Sarah Roach

Sarah Roach, Staff Product Manager, Deliveroo, boasts a decade of product expertise, specializing in product growth, consumer engagement, business communication platforms, and augmented reality. With over 2.5 years of managerial experience at Meta, she has led teams ranging from 5 to 9 individuals, demonstrating her adeptness in leadership and team management. During her tenure at Meta, Sarah facilitated the establishment of teams in both London and Tel Aviv, overseeing the recruitment of 20 employees after relocating from San Francisco.

Currently serving as a Staff Product Manager at Deliveroo, Sarah spearheads initiatives in consumer loyalty, revenue optimization, pricing strategies, and user acquisition and retention. With a direct report of one Product Manager, she plays a pivotal role in driving product innovation and strategic growth within her domain. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Sarah dedicates her time to serving as the Vice President of the Black Product Network for Europe, where she is committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity within the product management industry by advocating for the representation of Black talent in leadership roles.
