Lusiné Sarafian

Lusine Sarafian, Lead Product Manager at N26, is a seasoned fintech product manager who was born and raised in the bustling city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Lusine's passion for problem solving led her to pursue a degree in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where she developed a deep understanding of financial markets, and growth models.

Lusine began her career in the finance industry in Buenos Aires, working for several financial institutions. However, her interest in technology continued to grow, and she decided to make a move into the fintech space. She landed a job at Mercado Pago focused on building cutting-edge payments products for longtail sellers, where she quickly rose through the ranks to become a Product Manager.

Lusine’s experience in both finance and technology, combined with her natural leadership abilities, made her an ideal fit for the role. She was responsible for overseeing the development of the company's moonshot product, a QR code that allows users to pay directly through their mobile phones.

With her career on the rise, Lusine decided to take a leap of faith and move to Berlin, where the fintech industry was booming. She quickly found a job at N26 Bank, where she continued to hone her skills as a product manager by being responsible for developing product market fit for the French branch.

In her free time, Lusine enjoys exploring Berlin's vibrant artsy landscape, as well as practicing yoga and beach volleyball. She is also a founding member of the Femme Palette community, a platform to network with other female leaders in tech.
