Tracy Cai

Tracy is a User Experience Designer at LinkedIn, designing experiences for Page admins to manage and set up their business or school profiles for success on the platform. She joined as a new grad from OCAD University in Toronto, majoring in Graphic Design, and has been at LinkedIn for 2.5 years now. Her first year there, she partnered with Kristine and a team of designers to create a Workshop Toolkit for designers to use. Prior to LinkedIn, she spent a summer interning at Wealthfront, a fintech company. Tracy always loved trying different creative roles, and pursued internships in other areas of design such as motion graphics and video editing in addition to UX. One of her favorite moments at a UX designer are the “AHA!” moments when she understands what users want and can build them something they’ll be excited for. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys creating pixel art, making sweets and watching parrot videos.
