Shubha Govil

Shubha has over 15 years of Product Management experience in strategy and leadership, with the successful delivery of Products across consumer and enterprise applications, on-premise, hybrid, and SaaS models. She has a proven track record of partnering with engineering teams and leading cross-functional product management/marketing teams to build new products and sustain existing product growth. Currently, Shubha works at Amazon Web Services as Head of Product Management, helping customers migrate and modernize their database heavy workloads on the AWS.  Prior to Shubha’s current role, she dedicated 11 years of her expertise to Cisco working in various roles throughout her time there. She began as a Sr. Product Manager, leading “One Button to Push” collaboration experience for Cisco TelePresence to drive adoption, then, became a Product Management Leader overseeing Cloud Video, Collaboration Meeting Rooms, and Event/Training/Support Center product lines to provide best user experience for enabling real-time collaboration. Lastly, Shubha was a Product Management Director building developer tools and offers for developers working with Cisco APIs to bring their innovations to life. Her educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Master of Science in Economics from Birla Institute, and a Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate from Stanford University. Shubha has successfully launched innovative product lines with go to market strategies through direct and in-direct partner-led sales models and always looking to deliver great experiences by building data-driven products to solve real needs of customers.
