Roshni Naik

Roshni is a very organized and proactive Product Manager with experience in client service and strategic roles. Currently, she’s a Product Manager of Disney+ at Disney Streaming Services. Prior to her current role, Roshni was Product Manager of Publisher Products at Twitter, where she focused on increasing conversation from Twitter's media publishers and tier 1 creators; before that as Program Manager of Business Strategy & Operations, she organized and optimized global media resources to deliver data insight, drive strategic investment, and execute at scale. She began her Project Management working at Siegel+Gale, which is a global strategic branding firm committed to building world-class brands through elegantly simple, unexpectedly fresh strategies, stories and experiences. Roshni then went on to become a Program Manager of Digital Products at HBO, leading a team through PS3 and AppleTV launch by determining technical requirements and delivery workflow, driving play-through data analysis to develop monthly content strategy and drive higher video completion rates, and managing original programming promotion strategy, including e-newsletters and platform takeovers. Additionally while at HBO working in Project Management, she developed business tools to increase production by 73% by tracking production metrics for 38,000 creative assets and led Design, Production, and QA teams to deliver 1500 images and motion assets across 14 platforms each month. Roshni has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Berkeley.
