Mohit Talwar

Mohit is a seasoned Technology Leader, Product Manager, and Solution Architect, bringing over 16 years of diverse experience in delivering large scale projects and programs across various technology projects and domains. 

Mohit began his professional career as a Software Engineer, until his work has taken him from Pune, India to London, the UK to support Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Consultant. During his tenure with Tata Consultancy Services that lasted almost 8 years, he provided technical leadership and project execution for major transformational programs by playing the role of Developer, Module Lead, Project Lead, Lead Architect and Delivery Manager. He is adept in understanding user needs and translating them into tangible best-fit solutions by bringing in-depth knowledge of technology creation and adoption to each organization he leads. Moreover, on top of his academic and professional endeavors, Mohit has also worked on many projects including on Implementation and Design & Development, to name a few. Today, he is driving the company’s efforts at Hays as a Chief Technology Officer for Digital and Innovation. 

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research. Passionate about building search products, Mohit aspires in his work to keep delivering and creating useful products that users love.
