Milena Stoeva

Milena is a seasoned Product Manager at Avast, a multinational cybersecurity software that researches and develops computer security software, machine learning and artificial intelligence. She first broke into Product at BMK Solutions LLC, a technology services firm that specializes in consulting, analytics and custom software. Her work has taken her across the world, from Germany to the United Kingdom to lead the company's efforts at Avast. Today, her responsibilities include defining and managing product development in collaboration with the engineering team. Prior to her current position, she was a Senior Product Manager at Crowdcube Limited, the world’s leading investment crowdfunding platform. In that role she took a multidisciplinary approach that encompasses the fields of Software Development, Business Strategy with a strong academic background in Mathematics, giving Milena a perfect mindset for her career in Product. Also has held a position of a Full-Stack Software Developer in-Training at Makers Academy, professional training & coaching in tech and programming. During her lucrative career that spanned over 8 years, for each organization she led, Milena helped achieve transformative success; her accomplishments include identifying and mitigating operational, privacy, and regulatory risks and impact as well as managing the launch of new products. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wayne State University.
