Kelly is an Executive Assistant with experience in different sectors. Currently, she works as an Executive Assistant at Mix Panel, providing high-level executive administrative support to the CEO and maintaining confidential legal, personnel, performance, financial and other sensitive information. She also helps sustain a culture of client service, professionalism, continuous improvement, and acts as a liaison between executives and employees. Before her role at Mixpanel, Kely was a Recruiting & Event Coordinator, scheduling a high volume of interviews for candidates while working through an infinite amount of scheduling challenges for US, London, Singapore offices, and built effective relationships across all levels of the organization. Prior to working at Mixpanel, she was an Assistant Property Manager at Prometheus Real Estate Group, where she was responsible for resident rents, deposits, fees, file management, and day-to-day operations of the property. Kelly began her Management career working at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. While there, she worked in various departments with many responsibilities. As an Event Manager, she assisted clients with budget management, vendor management, event details, audio-visual requirements, and invoicing, and developed strong working relationships with other departments to assist in a successful execution of all events. Notably, Kelly received an overall customer satisfaction score of 96.2% and Awarded Manager of the Year in 2016.
