Swati Goel

Swati Goel is currently a Product Manager at Oculus VR where she is helping build the next generation of AR products. She has over 6 years experience of Product Management. Her past Product Management stints include such companies as Amazon where she led a new product initiative focused on improving profitability and optimize the customer experience, delivering the best in class shopping experience integrated seamlessly across devices, delivering over $200M in cost savings and incremental revenue. She has also worked as a Sr. Product Manager at IBM where led the infusion of cognitive computing into the broader set of eClinical products with IBM Watson Health products like Clinical Trial Matching. Swati Goel was responsible for V1 products, taking an idea from inception to delivery by employing IBM Design Thinking methodologies. In addition to driving new offerings to market, she actively looked for opportunities for collaboration across marketing, sales, product management, and development to create a more proactive approach to addressing market needs.
