Lindsey Thrift

Lindsey is an innovative Product Strategist and a highly-driven Operations Leader. She is particularly keen on working on tech-enabled startups and mission-driven businesses and believes that technology offers opportunity and accessibility only when built by thriving teams. Her early career path seemingly wandered from social services through economic development and ultimately landed in the start-up, tech space. Her versatile skill set, diverse professional experience and her passions were a perfect blend to make Lindsey a dynamic strategy leader. During her lucrative career that spanned over 19 years, Lindsey has held various product managerial positions but also worked in Consultancy, Financial Services and Nonprofit Organizations. At Green Chef, thanks to her strong entrepreneurial mindset, Lindsey managed the team's product strategy, lifecycle, roadmap, OKRs, and backlog. Additionally, she is described by her colleagues as having the ability to bring order to chaos and strategically move an idea forward. Today, Lindsey is a Senior Product Manager at Pivotal Labs, computer software provider and a Principal Consultant, offering contract operational services to sole proprietors and small businesses. She graduated cum laude from Grace College with a Bachelor of Science in Counselling. Apart from her daily job, Lindsey enjoys advising other start-ups, getting creative in the kitchen, and adventuring in the mountains.
